Auto Wash Kaiapoi is a highly customized build completed in early 2021. Auto Wash recycle up to 80% of the water used in a carwash with the water reclaim system holding up to 120,000L of water that is filtered before being pumped back into the wash cycle. This element required specialized drainage systems to support their state of the art water recycling system. The building was designed to stand up to the constant use of water and chemicals with framework that allowed them to customize each bay to include a dog wash, 2 touch free 360° units, 5 self-serve bays and an operations room.
