General 

1. We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 (the Act). The following privacy policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. Any reference in this policy to “personal information” means information or data that can identify you as an individual. By visiting and/or using this website, you accept the practices described in this policy. 
 
Collection of personal information 
2. Depending on your relationship with us, the personal information we collect from you may include: 
1. your name, date of birth, address and contact details; 
2. your occupation; 
3. payment details; or 
4. other information which assists us to provide our services to you.

Generally, we will collect personal information from you directly. This may be through the website, any contact you have with us (e.g. telephone call or email), or when you buy or use our services and products. Sometimes we may collect information about you from a third party and we may collect information indirectly (e.g. from a business card or through our website)

This involves the collection of information such as your habits when accessing the site, and any personal information you provide in customising the site. Cookies help us understand which parts of our website are the most popular, where our visitors are going and how long they spend there.

Access to and correction of personal information

Subject to certain grounds set out in the Act, you have the ability to request access to your personal information. If you make such a request, we may require you to provide some form of identification (such as driver licence or passport) so we can verify that you are the person to whom the information relates.  
9. You may also contact us if you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. In such case, we will correct, update, erase or amend the information as appropriate.  
10. In either case, we will aim to respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. We may also charge an administrative fee to cover the cost of accessing and/or correcting your personal information (as applicable).
