Cohesive Group were involved in a design and build project of a 1300m2 building for electricians' offices and workshop within a new development in Cromwell. 

The building has the following features:
- Cold-formed steel warehouse with a span of 40m
- Warehouse apex of 7m
- The roof was built on the ground and lifted onto the frames as one piece using four hiabs
- Timber frame and truss offices and amenities adjoining
- Covered rear patio and entrance
- Accessible internal design and accessible bathroom
- Specified systems requiring a compliance schedule
