Project Overview

Cohesive Construction was tasked with delivering a new, modern and functional facility for Newlands Auto Electrical. Located in Rolleston, Canterbury, the building was designed to meet the specific needs of the client, encompassing a 335m² workshop, tool room, and parts store, a 220m² of office and amenity space, and a 290m² showroom.

With the structural elements (slab, framing and tilt panels) completed in just 3 weeks, this project highlighted our ability to strategize and deliver around a tight timeframe, allowing Newlands a seamless transition between locations.

Design and Functionality

The facility was designed to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Key features include:

• Spacious Workshop: A well-equipped workshop designed to accommodate a variety of automotive services.
• Efficient Parts Store: A dedicated storage area for a wide range of automotive parts.
• Modern Offices: Comfortable and functional office spaces for staff.
• Showroom: A visually appealing open plan showroom to showcase products and services.
