Advanced Logistics Warehouse Facility

As a significant logistics infrastructure project, this cutting-edge warehouse and office complex was completed in early 2025 in Waterloo Park, Hornby. This purpose-built facility, designed to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding supply chain operation, encompasses a 6020m² warehouse and a 335m² office space, with a total footprint of 8000m² including a breezeway.

Featuring an impressive 12.7m apex height, the warehouse maximizes vertical storage with 11-meter floor-to-ceiling pallet racking, creating a highly efficient operational space. The accompanying two-level office building is designed to support the dynamic needs of modern logistics management. Paved concrete surrounds the facility, providing a robust foundation for heavy vehicle and equipment movement.

Construction commenced in March 2024, with the project reaching practical completion in early February 2025—two weeks ahead of schedule and within budget. This achievement was facilitated by meticulous planning, effective communication, and the utilization of advanced project management software. A remarkably low defect rate of 2% was achieved at practical completion, demonstrating the high standard of workmanship and rigorous quality control.
