This commercial warehouse with offices was completed in North Canterbury's latest commercial business park. Built on sub standard land, the foundation required 6m deep piles. The building itself is an integration of a Wide Span Sheds structure used within the firewall tilt panels and a canopy was added to aid deliveries in bad weather. The building also required a UV water treatment setup connected to the well it was built on.

Completed with COLORSTEEL® Flaxpod cladding on the warehouse and Stratco, Innowood cladding on the office, the building has a modern and clean finish to suit any new tenants.
